PCTEL the industry leader of wireless and site solutions announces fleet management antenna at the International Wireless Communications Expo (IWCE) on Wednesday. This newly launched 4G LTE antenna is supposed to be having MIMO technology for supporting high data rates for wireless communication.
It goes without saying, public and commercial safety fleets heavily on such applications which are powered by speedy mobile networks. And, for increasing the spectrum, multiple and spatially-differentiated antennas are preferably used. Besides, the lack of spatial differentiation makes it very difficult for low profile antennas to achieve the desired results.
RF engineering design and WiFi and GPS L1 support have addressed the challenge of LTE MIMO and its GPS LNA assembly helps to track the locations perfectly. President of PCTEL Connected Solutions Jeff Miller has said that “Rising demand for high speed mobile data has augmented the complexity of vehicular antenna systems and with the help of this newly launched antenna, we can provide easy to install solutions from commuter rail WIFI to emergency video streaming”.
PCTEL has decided to display its new multiband fleet management antenna apart from other antenna products and site solutions at Booth #5071 at IWCE in Las Vegas, Nevada, on March 26-27.
